Plant prob

Need more information to understand the problem.
What medium are you using?
Watering frequency?
Temps/RH?
Nutrient PPM/EC?
Distance of Lighting ect...?
 
Looks like u have done quite a bit of training on it, while I'm not familiar with training plants at such a young age, my guess is that either the plant has a genetic flaw or it's not reacting well to whatever u have done to it. I'd let it chill for awhile and see if it recovers

Correct . I have transplant it from solo cup , then I after that I topped them and did some LST
