Plant near death, please help a chick out!!!

I'm a first time grower, Found plant near building growing next to concrete foundation. I pulled it (carefully not to rip roots) and potted it at home. I'ts starting to wilt really badly and I have no idea what to do!!! Any advice??? Help a chick out!!!

u pulled it or dug it up?

its probably transplant shock. try to get some superthrive. she obviously dug it up saying she was careful not to 'rip' the roots

i did have to dig it up, but it was next to a concrete foundation

yeah, it was REALLY wierd I found it behind an old gas station that shut down 8 months ago...there were alot of stoners that worked there so I'm not surprised that I found it
