plant looks unhealthy and has major curling

my plant is curling over at the tips on a lot of leaves and looks kind of sickly. what do you guys think?
i think it might be because i dont have a ph tester and am not ph-ing the water. is that why the color of leaves are patchy and the tips curl?

well it dosnt look like its dien but u shld get a ph and moisture tester can only help to cross those off the list of possible probs maybe u need a bigger pot them root like to strech out

that plant is over fertilized, now you would say "well wheres the nute burn?" that dark color green and the leaves turning downard like that is from too much nitrogen, the next stage of overfert is burnt tips....take a good look at how unhappy the plant is
