Plant leaves are browning and dying :(

Plant is about 2 weeks old, the first true leaves already browned and died :/ now the second node is slowly browning please help!! I water every 3-4 days, the leaves look waxy and feel unreal, The leaf sticks to itself like wet paper and crumples if that helps at all. Browning starts from the tip then kills the whole damn leaf. yes that thing sticking out of the soil is it's stem. Maybe theres a kink in it?

I'm using MG potting soilhttp://www.scotts.com/smg/goprod/miracle-gro-seed-starter-potting-soil/prod70340/(yeah i know don't use mg soil) -_- I'm not sure it's over watering because the problem started before i began watering every 3-4 days, before that i used to water once a week bottom watering. That green arch is it's stem...it stretched because it was outside in the 12/12 cycle we have on the island. I haven't checked ph yet, but i'm sure ph problems couldn't cause this much of a problem this early could it..?

when seedlings are that young i use a mist bottle for watering. lightly mist to keep the soil slightly damp and not wet. GL

Agree way too wet, you are drowning them. Blow a fan lightly across soil to help it dry out faster

I covered the stem up with soil. And I don't spray the leaves at all actually, the leaf turns waxy and the water appears on it. If is over-watering then how much do I water and how often??

I think it's the soil...when it dries it sticks to itself like freaking cement, but whatever is going wrong with the plant it's progressing :( it's about to kill the second pair of true leaves. Should i just pull the plant or can it survive this?

No nutes at all yet. I didn't push the soil down, but I think it may have started sticking to itself each time I watered the plant. Whatever it is it's already killed the second node and is on the top of the plant :/

The plant is as good as dead :/ but for future reference what could've caused the problem? I didn't use any nutes and I haven't watered the thing in a full week still no signs of improvement.

still gonna go with over watering. dont use MG soil again either.

It's not the soil, I think it was the over watering now, humidity on this island doesn't let the soil dry out nearly as quick
