Plant leafs curling up and drying out, please help

I have 4 plants at a week and half old, 2 are curling and dying and he only thing i can find online about curling is oher peoples plants curling down not up.

Soil: FFoF
Lighting: 3 23watt CFL's (4,800 lumens) 24 hours of light working on getting more
No nutrients just water
Grow Space: PC grow box, took fan out because I returned to my plants leafs sagging really bad then got them back up, next day (yesterday) the leafs were curling and drying

We'll need pics to be sure but upward curling with dead, crispy, tan tips can be from Phosphorus deficiency. It looks like this:

But simply from everything you wrote, I might suspect heat stress as well. In a little space, even CFLs can get the temps up over 90f easily. Is there any ventilation in there now at all with the fan gone?
