plant just wont grow.

i planted 7 cutting son 3/16 they are all getting big but 1. its an orange kush. it just remains the same size. any idea why it just wont grow? the first to photo's are my orange kush side by side #1, and #2. then an over view if the rest of them.

It is about 73 in the room humidity is about 55%. 18/6 light feed them once per week with gen hydro maxigrow. and i water them almost every day. T8 lights about 4 inch above there heads. fan is blowing on the wall and then bouncing back onto them so its not blowing on them to hard.

Its a slow growing runt, give it time it will catch up. Dont feed or water until its growing like the others. Stop watering the others every other day or they will develop probs, water when the bag is light to lift.
