Need to see the whole plant so we can see where the source of the discoloration is and where it's spreading, pinpoints the deficiency more accurately. Mobile nute deficiencies start at the bottom as the plant transports it's stored nutes from the bottom to the top, inmobile nute deficiencies start at the top as the plant isn't able to move stored nutes from the bottom.
Kinda looks like mag deficiency. Calcium would be yellow/brown spots on the leaves

from what you write it seems more like some heat damage. is it possible that the room is too warm?

I'm sorry, this is my second grow (first indoor) and I am ignorant to this whole thing. That was her yesterday after I pulled off those blotched leaves (lowest node) and gave her a good flush with a gallon and a half. She perked back up today, but still worried. The other two pictures are tonight.

There are 4 24w 6500k t-5 bulbs. If I'm too close to the bulbs, I'll kick the bottom out right now hahaha. UPS man is taking too long with my tent....

I can also turn two of them off at a time. Could it throw them into flower if I just flipped 2 lights off?

Try to move them to 6" away from bulb to see if it helps. Your plants won't flower until it has 12 hours of uninterrupted darkness. Try to get a fan blowing on the canopy, could help with heat issues.

When I was a lot younger I found that if the plantpot was as full of soil as practical before planting. this problem with the lower nodes would stop happening so often. Fresh soil always settles when watered. So after initially fillimg the plantpot, water...fill again, water some more and when the soil settles as close to the rim as possible then plant the seed...or whatever. This might have something to do with drowning the lower leaves in excess nutrients while watering and the tips of the leaves coming in contact with the plantpot. It may be Maybe it was that with the plantpot mounded in soil the water had to be poured more slowly
Any NPK mix over 1/6 dose can potentally damage the leaves if splashed. Damaged leaves cannot repair themselves. I find that no matter what, damaged leaves occur. In the mother room I try to get the next set of dying leaves while they are still green so I can use them for hash binder. A plant that is very small should keep even damaged leaves until it is well underway. A leaf that is of no further use to the plant should be removed because of possible parasitical problems. It's when you're having problems with upper leaves for an unknown reason is the time to panic

This morning the curl upwards has gotten worse on only the one plant. The lamp is 6.5in away from the tops, but only one plant has gotten worse. Russet mites maybe? There are tiny white dots on the unhealthy plant this morning, gave them a good tea tree oil spray down 2 drops 10oz water. #newbieissues

I used farm fox ocean forest with rainbow grow mix. 7-8 tbs to one bag of FF. I have not fed anything to them. Those pots are one gallon. I water about a quart, watering in 2 stages 30 min in between to let the soil absorb and reduce dry spots. My ph strips I have are shit so I'll get you a for sure ph later when I buy a real test kit today or tomorrow.

First off. With FFOF you need to add more Ca.
1 cup Oyster shell (powder) to the whole bag.
3/4 cup Dolomite is the other choice....The oyster shell is better!
As I thought. Your overwatering.....For 1 gallon pots and the size of your plants......A cup a day is FINE.....If they begin to wilt - up the water to 2 cups - try and water the outside edge of the soil, That lets the roots grow out TO the moisture and give you a bigger better root system......
pH all in-going to 6-7 till you get a wet meter.....If you are so inclined.
At that time, forget the soil pH and simply pH all in-going to 6.5-6.7........You should consider adding a myco's "tea" or supplement at least once every 2-4 weeks.
