Plant is looking a little unhealthy...

Brown and white spots with curled up leaces. Fox farm nutes, regular outdoor soil otherwise. I'm thinking deficiency. Other plants around it have the white n brown spots a little but not nearly this bad and they have no curling. Any feedback appreciated.

Tap water and cal mag yeah but my tap water is .1 Ec 70 ppm, chlorine treated

My water is treated and if I don’t use calmag I get them brown spots not long after watering
