Plant help?

Hi im a noob and need help..
My outdoor plant is almost 2 feet tall, growing outside.. What should I do from here is my main question I guess? I searched but couldnt find specifics. Like if I need to cut it in half or what?

Sounds like you need an answer quickly and despite having no real experience growing outdoors I would suggest you WAIT. Or you could;

Take some photos for us to see.
Check weather.com and calculate the number of daylight hours to get an idea when you can expect it to begin flowering.
Run a long cable to the plant with a camera so you can watch it
Read up on nutrients might be a good idea to begin if you have not
Smoke a joint while making puppet shadows with your hands toying with the cats
