plant help please(first grow)

k so this is my plant i had some questions i had to cut off abut 5 leaves today cause they were badly burnt the plant should be ok right? ul notice at the top its a little bare

i have 4 lights on it about 240watts total and a little fan in the back i have it on 24 lights right now any sugjestions to help this little guy grow big and strong btw soil is miracle grow with fert and food in it

You could totally put it on 18/6. Let it get about 6 hours of sleep, this will help heal anything wrong the plant, and it will grow faster. A few more weeks and you could flower it.

that plant looks really stressed if you stress a plant too much it turns hermi be carefull
