Plant dying weird leaf curling

My setup:
Ebb and Flow
400W HPS
BC boost grow bloom
Hydroton rocks
Plants are like 3-4 weeks old
RO water
PH is 5.5-6.5 throughout week
Temps are around 70-80F may get 85F at highest
two fans one on them one is exhaust
Also I used peroxide in the res

My plants were doing fine but I noticed that my pots were not draining all the way and algae was forming on the bottom of the pots. So i replanted them and hung them a little off of the flood table so the pots would drain completely.

But now my plants have been getting nothing but worse for the past couple of days they are turning yellow and curling upward badly it seems to be going from the bottom up and is now slowly killing more and more sets.

So where i messed up was when i first seen the algae i put the pots in some peroxide to kill the algae may have gotten on the roots I dont really know but when replanting some of the roots were tore off.

Any advice will help thanx
