plant leaves started drooping few days ago, added water, seems worse now not getting better..
have been reading sites and forums and getting mixed ideas about this

Well the yellowing tips of the leaves might be nute burn due to the amount of different mixes you used with the worm castings that resulted in to much nutrients for the plant.
Another thing could be your watering scheduled if under watered it can result with drooping but also the PH of the water needs to be addressed (what PH water do you water with? and how often?).
Also check the run off PH then adjust accordingly if its out (should be from 6.0 to 6.3 thats what works best for me), I saw a PH forum that covered runoff it helped me a ton ill try and find it.
Hope this helps!

At that size, they need watering maybe once a week.

You made a screwup. Put some fresh well-oxygenated water in a tub, (I like using the hand shower to fill it) and only dip the bottom 3rd of your pot in the fresh solution. Then lift it out to suck out all the old stale water., do this again if the top of the pot takes too long to dry out.

I know it feels counterintuitive to add water to drowning plants, but it is not the water that is the problem, it is the lack of oxygen.

Just put it outside in a shady place for lots of fresh air.
The hurt leaves are not going to recover, you are trying to get a few new healthy leaves at this point in time,

Just take it easy with the fan, if many of the roots are dead, it might not be able to resupply as fast as you strip water from the plant.
just put it down, and walk away for a day or two.

i had a 3rd plant which sprouted with the 2 leaves and then 2 small adult leaves and it just like stopped growing and then just collapsed completely overnight and the stem seemed to turn red purple, my soil too rich?

Hang a 10W led bulb or 20ish Watt spiral CFL 2 inches above the seedling and make sure some wind moves over it to strengthen the stems.

Bth I would scrap the grow and start over, it might be easier and considering they are so young it is not a huge lose.
But feel free to salvage the grow best you can.
Good luck hope all is well soon.

aside from the stem should those lower adult leaves be firmer and raised higher theyre pretty big just wondering if their slant is normal and if not how can i correct it safely

i get that and will be more careful with the next grow im trying to progress with this one plant but dont want to overwater it or flush all the nutrients out with new ph balanced water and i feel like the leaves in the last picture should be standing up more? but then again the stem isnt so strong yet

My two cents, medium is too hot, you need a simple light mix, also overwatered, unless your trickle feeding every two to three days is too much if your watering to run off, should be once a week /5 days maybe depending on heat

i believe i last watered this past thursday, if the medium is too hot should i flush it and check the ppm or just sort of keep watering oncr every 5 days or the knuckle/1inch soil test and hope for the best i have no more seeds n hope i can learn from this plant before ruining my future grows

Severly overwatered. As above, so below...meaning thats about how much roots you have as the same sized area as your plant. A measuring cup of water every 2 days till it recoops. Then up your water as the plant grows. Do not water the entire soil, do not water near the stem, water in a circle around it. I probably under water my plants, because i check them daily...overwatering as you can see is worse for a plant than underwatering..it will snap back in 20 min if it gets wilty from underwatering.
