Plant dried out, is it revivable?

on vacation for a week and my plants dried out. I just watered them but the water seemed to go right through to the tray. Are these dead? :/

In extreme cases, it may take hours to perk back up thats if the plant is still alive. Damage has been done

Time will tell and it shouldn't take much time, give em 24 hours. That sucks huh.
