Plant disease / brown bugs

Hello all growers i am from hawaii and am new to growing currently im vegging indoor under a led and putting them outside to bloom after a bit. My first plant went outside and started blooming awesome then about 1 1/2 weeks to 2 weeks I noticed some brown spotting edge burns and so forth on the leaves. Long story short I tried to fix this issue to no avail until I tried hydrogen peroxide flush and a bunch of bugs came out of the soil (miracle grow organics) I know cheap soil I got fox farms for my next girls anyways I think that was the problem but I need help identifying them. Any growers or local 808 growers seen this before?
Photos are of plant damage and a couple of crappy pictures of the bugs right after I flushed I kinda went to war with them so I didn't document much. The plant is outdoor in a 5 gal bucket drilled full of holes. Any help or info is appreciated thank you!

That looks like a clone ? Also looks like you didn't veg it at all. I wouldn't worry about the brown spots because they're the lease of your worries. The non veg was a deal breaker for this one. The brown bugs look like roaches. The exoskeletons look like soldier fly sheds. Soldier flies are awesome for your compost bin and or soil. Aloha
