Too damn hot in there buy the looks of it.
Curling, twisting leaves.
Sun spots, thats what's on those top leaves.
That's heat stress if I've ever seen it.
They're getting cooked.
Lift the light.
Improve air flow and ventilation.

Edit: Lift the light!

Trust me bro, the light is to fucking close.
What wattage is he using and how close is it to the plant?
What sort of air ventilation has he got?
