This plant is 3 weeks old. It is growing very slow however its leaves' color was fine up to now, that they are turning very brown at the tip and expanding throughout the whole leaf. The first 2 pictures are of the plant I'm talking about, the 3rd picture shows one of my other plants which also has a problem (which might help identify what is going on).
-I use water with ph of 6-6.5, I water it once every 3 days.
-I havn't added any nutrients, however I just changed the plant to new soil 3 days ago (once it was already browning), so I don't think it's nutrient deficiency.
-Since my plants are outdoors could it maybe be an insect attack?
