Planning first cabinet CFL grow

Hey guys. Planning my first grow and I've got a cabinet that's already in a closet that I think will be perfect for this. It's 36hx36wx15d. I only plan on growing 2 plants so do you think this will work for this? I'm still gathering my lights and fans but just trying to decide if this cabinet will work. It needs to be pretty stealthy. What would you recommend for a cheap/quiet exhaust fan? If I am calculating right my cabinet is 11.25 cubic feet. Also, like most of us, I'm trying to do this on a real tight budget.
