i have my 400 watt hps over my gal at 18 inches with no burn to the back of my hand could probably move it closer is that okay to leave this way or is it better to test the waters and move it closer!
 
The closer the better, keep to the rule of not burning your hand and having good air circulation and you will be fine.
 
a friend gave me these seeds how can i tell a strain or identify what this might be??? i had 4 and two came up one was male and this is my lucky girl
