pistils still turning red even after harvest question. +rep for helpful info

hi guys, is this normal......I had to harvest early when about 40-50% of pistils were red/brown its been drying 4 days so far....now it has 95% changed red/brown pistils.
 
yea, there always gooing to change that color,, that's great congrats on your "hairs"!! lol,, you got a pic's?
