Pistils in 18/6

Hey, I got some moms from seed that are shooting pistils. They are under 18/6 with 125watt Sunblaster Fluorescent lights and the temp is always at 21*C - 26*C.

Does anyone know why this happens?

I'm noticing that the cuts aren't taking as well as they were too.

clones ? they always take a lil longer in that stage

What he said, preflowers grow when they're sexually mature.
