Pistils growing during veg

I have an AK47 and Bigfoot that are both showing a good amount of pistil growth while on a 18/6 light cycle. I also have a White Widow and a Northern Lights, both that aren't showing pistils. Why am I getting pistils during the veg cycle? Also the AK-47 and Bigfoot are grown from clones, where the WW and NL are from seed. The AK and Bigfoot are both a foot tall.

The clones were taken from a mature female plant. They will always show their preflowers.

Those would be preflowers. They show that the plant has reached maturity and is now ready to be flowered.

And unless you have a 1000w...they are probably needing to go 12/12 soon

These are mothers, so they wont be flowered any time soon. Is this a problem? Or do I need to pull a clone from it as a new mother and then on the next plant take a clone while it is immature to avoid this? Or is it fine to continue to veg it?

BTW I am running dual 400w HPS's

You should be fine. They won't flower on their own unless you induce it with the right light schedule.

Just keep in mind they will at this point finish at 2 ft. For my 400, 2-3 feet is best, and if 3 feet, the lower buds are crappy. I usually go to flower at 14-16"
