Pineapple chunk and express opinions requested

My buddy spent a small fortune on express cuttings a couple years ago. It was mid quality imo and didn't have much potency.
He killed off 30 clones he was so unimpressed.
Might of been the breeder or something but I've found that not many of the over hyped stuff lives up to expectations

What I'm reading is the same. Some are saying chunk is legit tho
 
Chunk I haven't sampled so I can't say but the express was a let down.

Are u looking for the flavour profile?
Why pineapple?
 
If it's Barnes farm p/c it has a helluva stretch & the 25% the claim is bullshit the Pineapple Express I couldn't tell you anything about
 
just ran the pineapple chunk.. Long flower time, mine went about 12 weeks. Easy grower, needs to be properly caged or staked it produces dense smaller buds the branches don't like to hold up the weight. Smell growing was a cantaloupe cheese and dried was rotting pineapple melon.. Most flavorful I've ever grown and top three I've smoked. The flavor truly carried over into the smoke and I personally never get much of a taste. The high was there nothing amazing but normal top quality high.
 
I grew the Express about 5 years ago, Huge bag appeal.. Real smelly and real nice yielder... Its a daytime smoke though..not real potent. I see they have Pineapple Express #2 now... I assume its a bit stronger.


I just popped 5 Pineapple Skunks from Humboldt Seed Organization.. I've heard good things about the strain.

Ive only grown 6 strains total, but the Pineapple Chunk was of the highest quality of them all. It grew like 5-6 seeds at the very bottom. I germed the seeds and will see what happeneds.

I grew a G13 labs Pineapple Express a couple grows back .... the plant after fimming once dominated the 4x4 tent under 600w hps giving me 8oz of quality bud and another 2 of popcorn. The high is incredible and changes (or becomes more balanced with less trip) the longer you cure it. Id definitely grow her again and I feel I always want to have those buds around. (Still got a half oz left maybe .... over a year old maybe 1.5 )
