i read a story about a town near me whos home was raided after police used infared detectors and saw hps lights in the home they did this from a helicopter
when you rent, if you don't pay your bills, you get evicted.

I've just heard alot of people say that. I assumed that they were referring to their electric bill, it never crossed my mind about rent. It always confused me.
