I just picked up the eyeclopes, but cant seem to take pictures like yours, any tips?

I had the same probs… Just practice dude I did a post a while back with eye clops pics and it took me about two days of really fuggn with it to get it to work right. I was looking at a live fly the other day at 400x. You can see their eyes moving and it is insane! It was worth the money. Seeing crystals on the weed is easy, and you can check out the little bugs that you couldn’t see before. It opens a whole new world.

How do you start, that focusing thing doesnt really seem to do anything. Do you just start far and move closer and stop when you see its in focus?

Also, the brightness of mine seems to be different, your plants come out a nice green color, while mine is a dark ugly green

This is the only decent one I could get, I had stand under the hps to get the brightness, but I dunno....... I tried to do the dried already bud, but I couldnt even get that. Do you provide your own light?

I only saw maybe two amber trichomes so you still have a while. How do you want the high to be? Check out this chart:

I think Ill go for 50/50. I would like more like 30% amber to 70% cloudy. The main thing is I must get max yield. Iam running a 6 foot light rail with my stocky plants (mazar+afgan) on one end under a 600 Super HPS and a digi ballast. My tall ones on the other end (white widow and the Haze) under a 1000 super HPS. Both reflectors are air cooled. The widow is about 5 feet tall with the main bud bent over so I have many many top bud sites. The lights move about 2 feet. Iam going mainly ebb and flow in black 5 gal buckets with 10" baskets filled with clay pellets. With this kind of set up how much longer would you bud these? Iam thinking about two weeks more of feeding (with a yield booster like sweet+molasses) then two more weeks of flush. Any ideas of yield? Any advice?

A week or two sounds good man, just watch the trichs. That is your best bet so you can be totally sure of the high

I've managed a few good "macro" shots with my scope. I have the standard 30x scope, and I just take the picture through the eyepiece! It takes some practice, and a few tries, but here's what I can get:

For lighting, I mostly just use the bulb that's attached to the scope, but for the blue/white shots you see up there, I had a CFL as close to the bud as I could.
