in the first pick I noticed on growing on the side that Im going to pull up , I use to just throw random seeds in the pot before I started using it
Though I got them all

That air pump in the first pic cant be doing much,the lines are kinked

You may wanna add some more hydroton to your baskets. Will help keep light out of res.
Other than whats been previously stated, looks good.
