I also saw these red aphid looking bugs but bigger, longer, (like 3mm). Idk but should i be all that worried? I DID SPRAY EM WITH NEEM OIL SO WE'LL SEE IF That works.

Also, i did see a tiny tiny black spider, not neccesarily (spell check that shit) a spider mite but it was a tiny black spider. Does it sound like i got a spider mite problem or am i just over reacting. Thanks

Spiders are often beneficial to a garden because they are there to predate upon your enemies. The 3mm aphid thing(s) you just mentioned is most likely why he was there. Next time you might want to leave him or relocate him off the plant if it bothers you.

Oh and there has been one exception found but that isn't your spider.

Whenever I find spiders on my pepper plants outside I leave them be. I provide a home for them, they provide protections for my peppers. I will only kill black widows and brown recluses. Everything else stays. Unless its in the house, then its fair game to destroy the motherfucker

i got a big ass black widow that scares the fuck out of me right now in the garage. i haven't killed, but can i? i know that sounds retarded but arent they endangered or something?

another thing that bug looks like its hunting its just eating the bugs that eat your plants i would just take it outside, i hate spiders, so i used to smash but not that i grow i hate all bugs and spiders less so.
