what do you guys think about these? Strain is ICE placed in soil 12/16. PH 6.8, no nuts added. Under 3 CFLs now temp 75 humidity 40. I will be placing under 1000w HPS when ready.

Questions
When should i replant and move under the 1000w
When should I start nuts? I have big Grow
How should i mix the Big Grow?

You need to place the cfls alot close, about 1-2 inces from the plant. Make sure theres no issues with heat from the bulbs and you'll get the most from the cfl's. If there to far away they wont do anything for the plants. Yes the hps is a great idea.
