the 6 big ones were seeds on 10/10 so there a month old ,3 are bigger 17-18 inches 3 are 10 inches i topped 3 of them a week or so ago two of the short ones and one tall one. and i just got this 400w mh and the clones.

this is my first grow aswell but i was told in the begining 16-18 with light then when time comes to force flower then go 12-12 thare looking great wut kind of soil and nute

got a couple yellow spots but i think there getting better not worse? i also have lady bugs there not hurting anything are they? i can kill them all day and more come.

the yellow i think is to much nutes i had the same problum but they recoverd do u use high nitrogen nutes?

if u mean lady birds red n black spot things , they wont harm your grow and indeed they eat spider mites , which is good

they are in expert gardener garden soil i had, and perlite i had to buy.i am using MG quick start right now but will switch soon to something better. i had 2 125w 6500k cfl's and 2 blue 125w plant life bulbs in the round reflectors ,until i had $ to get the mh i have now.i have a roll of dollar store wrapping paper that has the mylar inside for the bottom to send light back up.right now i'm doing 24 hours light.in a few weeks i'll go to 18.

anything i can do better and stay cheap$$ ?

when they started getting yellow i was on water only,, because the soil had nutes now i'm using 50% of what the bottle says and they seem to be getting better.

looks good! on the ones that you didnt top try pinching (lightly) the top growth this will slow down stretching and help promote bottom growth

super daves got it fer the growth, but r those 'gro bulbs'??? and love the disco paper! haha but yea i would NOT use MG. EVERR. u bought that right? just get nutes. and those floros behind it do u got bulbs? oh and wat bulb is hanging?

i kno alot of quesions right, well i might have jus started.

i think the mg is the yellowing problum is it that bule crystal stuff?? with a couple of bag seeds i had a getto setup i was useing fish tank lights and all plants wer in a toat just wanted to c if theyd grow but when the time came to flower i broke down and get a hps light it cost 250 for 1000w hps light +ballest witch i thought was resonable and the bud within the 12 hrs the buds looked like they wer swollen it was a huge difrance the best advice i can give wood b to do your best to get a good light its not cheep i no but it helps the most i think anyways

they are 120w spot gro bulbs they are blue and seem to work great.the paper is dollar store mylar wrapping paper.i have 4 t12 ecolux bulbs little over 3000 lumens each 2 are 3000k and 2 are 6500k i took them out when i got the 400w mh reflector hanging now.i have a 400w hps or mh on the way what should i use?thanks

this topic comes up every where, and if ANY1 is listening, SHUT UP! but u cant compare floros to HID.period. deff must! hps at least then go fer da mh. hps u can use all around, mh only 4 veg

that 400w mh is not enough light? i have a 400w hps or mh will be here soon.do i use the hps or the mh bulb in it? it comes with

mi light right now for flowering is a eye hortex enhance spectrum super hps 1000w its working amazingly i recomend it
