Picking my seeds?

I'm trying to pick good and cheap seeds to grow indoors then move outdoors.
What I'm looking at: California Special | Kc-brains Seeds | Sensible Seeds
Basicly, everything on this list: Kc Brains Seeds | Sensible Seeds
Its all semi-cheap and I can afford to grow it.
Which would be the best, easiest and fastest to grow?
