Physical leaf deformities

Hi. Looking for some help with this. Seems like slightly wilty, misshapen leaves and tops. Use coco, problem is strain specific, starts about week 2 of veg. Moms show no signs. Temp, watering, ph, ppms, room environment is all good. Things seem to finish okay, however problem is spreading to mostly all of this strain. Thanks!!
