As most of you may know, PB: has kept users from taking their IP from their site. this is illegal, racketeering and copyright infringement. if you entered under their TOS, before 2009-2012 you need to google and sign up for the law suit, that is quickly adding up to ten's of millions, late today PB offered its site for sale, but was blocked by the US/justice and US department of commerice and district judges throwing out the offer to bid to an unannounced buyer. lawyers say the buyer is likely PB using another corporate identity in order to say the TOS was part of the deal, which you can offer legally if users are on notice, it can be used to calculate value.
there is currently a script being run on the site that is causing crashes: error msg says "site is not responding do to long running script" , as users delete or screen shot data. PB says its third party ads, from heavy traffic.
some of this is maybe not accurate, I'm no a lawyer, but well see what happens in the next few days.
