I wish I had the finished stuff to show y'all. I will begin flowering within the next several days, so this is basically an update.
The beans I recieved, as the thread title says, are from www.marijuana-seeds.nl
I purchased 10 Northern Lights Reg and 10 White Widow Reg. Shipping was cheap and the way things are growing, I think it may be the real McCoy, if not, close enough for this bohonk.
I germed 5 Northern Lights, 4 successfully(one swelled up, but failed to crack the shell).
2 females, 2 males...I was able to determine sex by the growth patterns and removed the males early.
You can also see the very edge of a third plant on the right...that's a white widow, also from ms-nl. She has preflowered and is really stinky. I germed only one WW because I wanted to focus on the nl's, and thought, germ one, its a shot in the dark, if a get a male, that's one less to deal with in the future.
She'a a little sick atm, but I think I've stableized her.
They spent three weeks or more under the floros I use in my clone cabinet while I was finishing up the previous grow, (photo included) The photo of finished bud is NOT the current grow.
And now they are finishing up about 4 weeks under the 400 mh. Based on my knowledge of these strains, I'd say they are growing exactly how they should be. The NLs seem particularly stable.
I know a lot of people slam certain seed companies, so at this point I've been very content with the male/female ratio, the health of the plants overall, and looking forward to seeing them fully mature.
