So i believe my problem was my water for the most part....was using distilled bottled jugs then got lazy and used well water and some tap water but ut it could also easily be from the cold....my well water was pretty close ph 6.8-7 but smelled like sulfur...either way can anyone tell if this is phosphorous def? here are some pics of a good idea of what the rest of the leaves look like...sorry for no pic of the under side of the leave but its all green....

i have found that it is ph when there are those little spots that look that way. I could be wrong though.

Are u growing in soil??? If so, I believe it mey be ph as well. u need to be sur to check the ph of ur water/nute levels. U want them to be 6-7 for soil, pref. 6.5 and u should be fine. Check the soil ph and adjust accordingly. look in the faq, good stuff there. Also, it looks like maybe u've been misting the plants? Or maybe just too much water. Got ur watering right?

If you fertilize regularly its time to flush. It could be ph or overfertilization. Flush with proper ph water or Florakleen. Then water only for a while. See if it helps? Then more nutes!
