AnYone know if these are any good for flowering?!

They are only about 65 lumens/W and it is very diffuse light. Maybe something like this:

I used it in addition to 2 other WW bulbs to flower a year or so back

FYI the heat sink got really hot

However, I used them below canopy

Supra's suggestion is best for above canopy

Cree also makes spot light style A 19s

they're great bulbs but they are in sections with the LEDs pointing different directions, so you lose most of the light unless if you were to drop them down in the middle or something.

I could probably set something up. I took out two of them and added a 42w cfl. Might get some higher watt crees?
