Philips LED reflector floodlights

Thought Id ask. I am looking at possibly swapping some or all of my veg cfls (42W 2700K & 6500K respectively) to philips 19.5W LED Reflector flood lamps in the 5000K & 2700K. They are a bit more expensive, and the lumens are not equal to the 42W cfl's but they run cheaper and cooler.

I have been trying to find what watt diodes they are using as well as other more detailed information on them but I can't seem to find any.

Anyhow, whats the take from the horde on this.

Do they have a spectral graph for them you could post?
Being driven at 65% is a good thing for efficiency and life, cheap Chinese lights are driven much harder to save on the number of diodes and fail faster and are less efficient.
