I am looking to dissolve in liquid for easier dosing. What is my best option to dissolve this in? propylene glycol? Can anyone recommend a good tek?*Thanks

I was thinking alcohol, but I read that it needs to be heated to be completely soluble in alcohol, which will cause some to evaporate and throw off meaured levels. I'm looking for something it will be completely soluble in at room temp.

Honestly alcohol works great. Just get Bacardi 151. 1mg/ml worked fine with no heating at all. I've heard of people getting more but they heated. It'll take an hour or so for it to completely dissolve but it eventually does. You have to just keep shaking.
It's nice too because doses are so small you can put it in anything without it effecting taste or having the smell on your breath be noticeable.

1mg/ml? That is really not efficient. I was able to use 2ml MEK and add 20mg Phenazepam, making it possible for µL titration. You will need a µL (.1mL) oral "syringe" (an Insulin Syringe would suffice), you can usually get oral syringes at Walgreens Pharmacy for free. I laid doses on Sour Patch Kids, but I would imagine any medium would work.

It was efficient for me. I already had a graduated cylinder that measured out to 1ml. Why bother buying more equipment than needed? Plus why make this more difficult than they need to be? Phenazepam is therapeutic at .5mg. The lowest I would dose would be 1mg so there would be no need to use ug.
Well I guess what I'm trying to say is in my case I went the easiest most efficient route for my needs and supplies on hands.
Knowledge is power so the more ways the op and others know about making phenazepam solutions the better.

1mg/ml is not efficient because you can not lay it onto a medium. If you were to lay 1ml onto a sugar cube, you would have sugar water. Also, at that concentration, they would not fit on candies, blotter paper, etc. making the dosing unconventional.
You do not need to buy anything; go to your local pharmacy and ask for an "oral syringe", they will have an array of them, you need a µL syringe.
I said µL, not µg. If you use 1ml @ 10mg, you would need 100µL to equal 1mg. It makes measuring easier and safer.

The ug was a typo. My fault.
I would put it in a drink and drink it.
There's more than one way to do things. This way worked for me. I had all supplies including the 151. Just saying... Didn't mean to sound my way was better if it came across that way.

Of course you can just put in a drink and gulp it down. But for preservation and eye appeal its best applied onto a medium.
