ok i have bought a ph scale from a shop right and i used it 2twice then set it down for 2 days and now its jumping number dose anyone know, what is worng

they calibrating it at the store it work the 1st time i guess i have to fucken learn how to use it. do anyone know there any website that show u how to used a ph scale cuz mine came with no instution

The electrode has to be kept damp. Put a bit of damp sponge in the meter cap. Ought to fix it.
You probably will need pH reference solutions, 4.0 & 7.0 for most meters. The meter should be calibrated before each use.
No manual with the meter? Searched google for the user manual for that brand of meter yet?

oh yeah, if the people at the shop didn't tell you, they should have had you soak the probe in plain water overnight before use. Between that and keeping your probe damp with a small piece of sponge in the meter cap, that should solve the wandering readings.
The sponge bit will get mouldy if not cleaned & sterilised (use water with 3ml 50% grade H202 per litre) once a week.
Could also simply replace the sponge bit every 1-2 weeks One cut up kitchen sponge (use a new one) will last you months. Clean the probe tip weekly with mild soapy water and a toothbrush.
If it came with cheapo batteries, buy a set of Duracells to replace them and keep a set spare. Can make a difference with some meters.

o dude thanks man u really save my ass i fix it tomrrow i have to get the ph up and down also is the tds thingy works the same way cuz im gettin one tomrrow too

yeah, you need the pHDown to adjust your solution pH but you need the 4 & 7 calibration solutions to check the meter. You probably won't usually need the pHUp unless you put too much pHDown in the solution.
It's smart to have a reference solution for TDS meters so you know if they are right or not, but most TDS meters can not be user calibrated. You just need to clean the probe tip now and again. TDS meter probes also don't need to be kept damp. Look into a Truncheon TDS meter. Super reliable.
