Ph problems

I am doing a soil grow in 5 gallon pots. The ph of the water I am using is 6.8. I just tested the soil ph and it was 5.9. What is the quickest and easiest way to get my soil ph up to 6.8?

I wouldnt do anything unless there is a need,while ph is important it is not the most important aspect of soil growing,your soil is a buffer that hydro growers do not have thats why ph is of max important with hydro.

Do you have any signs of slowed plant growth,damaged plants,nutrient lock out ect,if not leave well enough alone & just keep using the 6.8 water,over time the ph'ed water will raise the ph of the soil.
