Ph problem

Hey guys I'm using pro mix bx mycrhaze or however you spell it. I just recently learned that some nute lockout can occur due to to high of a ph. My soil has a ph after watering of a 6.8 after using ph down to get My water to 5.4. Now I know there is limestone in this medium for ph naturalization. does anyone have experience with this type of medium and how can I get the ph down to prevent lock out?

6.8 is fine for soil, I'd stop adjusting the water below 6.5

Aim for the soil-pH to be 6.2, or even 6.5.

Trying man it's not happening like I said in the medium I'm using because of the limestone and is anyone has experin e with lowering the ph in the type of medium I'm using

Perhaps a picture or two... of your medium...

Uh... maybe include one of the plants as well, if possible...

No pic of the medium but it is pro mix bx mycrophaze what's in it is on their website

No, I'm afraid I do not have experience of doing that. However, I'll still say, that 6,2 - 6,5 is what you should aim for once you figure out or get proper advice on how to take care of it. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help, but no way will I tell you tips I don't know if they work or not - let's give the turn to those who know.
