Ph of Water when feeding seedlings in soil????

If i'm useing FFOF what shoul th Ph of my water be when i feed (water) for first month, second month and so on????

I just started a grow this week also, I was told the ph should 6.2 to 6.8 but I also read that for seedings it should 5.5
