:dunce: Ok so been at it for a bit but, don't have a clue what I'm doing when feeding my babies. I'm wondering how to test the ph cause i have to get a kit ,but really wanna know what i'm doing when I get it. I don't know how to figure out my parts per million or even what it's referring to.So I guess what I need is someone who knows what they are talking about, to tell me how to do this like in the simplest way possible .....PLEASE:wall:

If you want to test ph and ppm you should get a meter for each one, ph test strips can work but they're not that accurate. For ppm you need a digital meter. A hydro store on line will supply these. If you want links to some let me know.
The best advice I can give you is read everything in the FAQ at the top of every RIU page. Everything you need to know is in there.

Follow the feeding schedule on the nutes you buy. No one can tell you if you are using too much or not enough learn how to read your plants, they will tell you what they need. Just read up and do your reasearch.
To tell the pH test the runoff, you can use a pH tester meant for pools, the ones with the red drops. It looks like you are in soil so PPM's aren't a concern.
