So i was watching cheech and chongs (Things Are Tough All Over Again). And he took some peyote and started hallucinating, this movie was before my day, and i didn't know what it was. So i looked it up and it's a spineless cactus also known as mescal button's that's a hallucinogen, and if u eat .3 - .5 the trip will last up to 12 hours takes 45 min to kick in suposably. Has anyone ever taken this before? And if so how was the experience?

My dads friend grows it. He's been growing it for as long as i've known them.

He gave me some chunks awhile back.

Lemme tell you. The visuals are fucking awesome. So is the euphoria.

If i could find a peyote dealer i would be fucking extatic. I would buy his whole stock out. I want to try peyote more than anything.

i wanted to grow some, but as people have said is hard to get hold of, plus takes fucking ages to grow if im not mistaken

the least ive heard was a year and the most ive heard was 8 years. 25 YEARS!! haha i bet it goes for like $100 a pop then.

Heres a picture of what is supposidly a 4 year old peyote

Im not even aware as to how much you need per experience. Seems to me like it'd only be worth it if it was a long term investment. and even then you'd have to wait years for your first crop. Not worth it if you just wanna try it out

here's what buttons look like eat .3 - .5 and be hallucinating, im not sure how dense they are. Maybe one is equivalent to .5 not sure?

It takes a long time to grow peyote. It is about 3 years to maturity. In order to get the high you want you will have to ingest 5 g of dried peyote to get the 300mg to 500mg of mescaline.
