Pests in my plant??

Hello guys , day 23 of veg and I noticed that 3 fan leaves had some cut off little pieces that look like bite marks . Also some of the leave tips are turning a bit yellow , the plant itself has been growing great but I would love some feedback ! Thanks!

Looks more like the very start of nutrient burn to me.

Keep an eye out for ragged chewed up edges, holes, white/silver spots. Those are more indicative of a pest problem.

I do have 2 leaves that have 1 whole each in them!

Also what could I do about the nute burn? Should I flush?

First step is to calm down, it's not an emergency.

Don't flush, just back off on feeding. Also, post a clear picture of the holes.
