pests.. help

Hey guys, my plants are about 3 weeks old and there are these little black bugs that are flying around in my room, so small they are too hard to photograph. I was thinking maybe gnats or something but I'm not sure. anyone have any ideas how to get rid of them without hurting my plants...?
 
pesticide safe for vegetables will do the trick

I use K-Neem, it works like a charm. It is a drench solution. You only need a small bottle. then u dilute it to half strength and start there. I used to have spider mites all the time, after just one treatment it is rare that i see any pest in my grow room. If I do i will just apply another treatment. I laid the stuff on heavy and the plants were fine.
Also, get some sticky traps that attract flies and gnats.
