ew to the forum, been following for a while but i have a question that hopefully i could get answered.
I've done 10-12 grows and have been pretty successful, but i would like to move onto a perpetual grow. what i have for a plan is to use my 400mh for veg. all feminized seeds and all indica or mostly indica (60 days) flowing anyways. as far as the flower room goes it is 6x6 and 8 feet height, i'am using 1000watt hps. i would like to harvest 4 plants every 10 days, so put in 4 take 4 out. so there would be 6 lots of 4 in the flower room all the time, (24) plants i realize they cant be to big do to height and penetration, im using soil in 3 gallon grow bags. i figure i will rotate the groups of 4 every 10 days being the closer to harvest the more in the middle of the light they are and the new plants put in would be on the edge, i cant really word that any better. the room is 6x6 but the bags take up about 5x5. i guess my question is, what do you think of the idea, and how tall should i veg for this situation, i need the light high enough to cover 5x5 but how much penatration will i get, and do you think it would be better to use less plants. i contemplated using 2 600 watters but i figure the penetration will be a lot better with the 1000 and it should cover the 5x5 footprint. i have 36 clones around 18" ready to go, just want to make a wise decision instead of jumping the gun.
