Permanent quotes at the bottom of some people’s post...

How do you add the quotes, or sayings I see at the bottom of people’s post? Sometimes it’s preceded by a dotted line.

right so however over your name top right drop down box "signature" add your quote what you want to write in the box save changes.

actually, i see youre an old user but not active, youre probably still in "new user" feature if the signature link isnt there..
when we switched over from our old website a few years ago some really really old accounts are old but are still new becasue of their post count, youll need to become an active member if you dont see the signature button.
