I'm cautiously suspicious that you're overwatering because when I end a run the perlite can sometimes look like what you're describing because it's been watered for sometimes up to six months.. can you post a picture?

You watering too often. That's the begining of fungus growing. Just water it once when it's dry, you don't have to keep it constantly wet. Next it will start to turn green on you.

Oh god. Am i screwed? Can i still fix this?
Its fine, just let it dry out for a day or 2 and lessen your water cycle a bit, cannabis likes a dry period, needs it to make roots grow in search of water, don't sweat the little things, if you cant find 15 threads about ways to prevent it, then its probably not a major issue

Thanks guys since they were seedlings i guess i misted them to much, so let the soil completely dry out before watering again..? These are auto flowers, is it ok to turn on both veg and bloom..? Since theres kinda no vegetation period...its a 600w led

I water 5 ml every 12 hours right at the base of the seedling for about 3 to 5 days then I reassess my watering (this might work for you?)

I never recommend misting or spraying healthy plants ever, for best results! ..causes far more problems than it benefits, jmo.
-good luck!
