Perfetc brown dots and dying leaves

Hey guys these plants looked perfect yesterday aside from a few small normal issues and now ones leaves turned really yellow over a matter of hours and started dying.. I know there are little black and white bugs but I've kept em under control and they haven't seemed to cause much damage till now.. soil was pretty hot going in and everything looked awesome for a while so I know it's not burn.

Also these little tiny rusty brown spots are all over these leaves on my ICE plant. Not sure what kind of bugs do this or what the issue is but I would like some help.

I use organics my self and use wood chips to lower my ph a little if i need to is why i ask. looks like it might be a manganese def.
