Where do get your hps lighting systems??

I do cfl at the mo but thinking of upgrading for better yields.

any hydroponics shop will sell them or you can even get them on ebay

Get a 400w or 600w. 600 is more efficient in terms of light:heat ratio.

Spend as much as you can afford, cheap ballasts normally work fine but there is a higher risk of fire.
