I dont know about that program, i have dte. I use "time of day"..i think its the same thing without reading that link. Peak is like something from 11am-? Off peak is basically night time and early morning. ..its turned me into a vampire.

Same shit here in Ont. All the power you cant shift to off peak cost triple...run your lights at night.

I just moved into a house in Detroit 3 months ago that no one has lived in for over 3 years, I was kinda spooked when I found out they were installing one of those smart meters in the first place and I haven't even started growing indoor yet
